Mongolian Style Silver and Jade-Mounted Koro and Cover Early 20th century

On an elaborate base of four lion heads and clouds supporting a silver bowl with applied decoration and set with jade plaques and turquoise lotuses, silver lion handles with jade rings and fitted with a domed cover set with turquoise and coral, an inverted jade bowl and large finial with high relief chilong. Height 10 1/4 inches (22.6 cm).
