Frame rubbing. Scattered craquelure and paint separation throughout - heavier in some areas. Three large flakes of paint along the top edge at frame (visible in the on-line illustration). Difficult to detect inpainting with a blacklight, however, there is definitely areas of inpainting. Glue relined.
