With short elasticized sleeves, drawstring neck, long rattail cord for wrapping at bodice, clear striated Venetian glass beads, labeled: Made In Italy/Fabrique en Italie/Fortuny/depose; the box labeled: Mariano Fortuny/Venise/509 Madison Avenue/New York, NY; further included are a card with care instructions, a pencil drawn diagram on note paper with instructions on the crisscross tying of the cord, and a handwritten note regarding the inclusion of extra cord.
