Could use a light clean. Scattered craquelure. Visible stretcher marks. Frame rubbing. 5 inch scratch at upper left center. Tiny paint flakes scattered around the perimeter of the painting, mainly lower right and lower left. Scattered small spots of inpainting around the perimeter of the painting. one inch area of restoration at upper left corner area, near edge. Few small spots of inpainting in the center.
