Hand-colored engraving and aquatint by R. Havell, 1830, on J. Whatman dated 1830, plate 82 from The Birds of America, laid on card, pale matstain, some unobtrusive scattered foxing and minor soiling, a 1/16 x 4/16 inch skinned area in the leaf top right, a (printer's?) crease at top right sheet edge extending slightly into the plate, a few short tears at left and right sheet edges (longest 3/8 inch), otherwise in good condition, with good margins, framed.
