The serpentine crest above a flat back, shaped setback arms and overupholstered straight seat, raised on square tapering legs joined by an H stretcher; Together with a Federal Mahogany Lolling Chair.

The first with back two legs cracked vertically; appears to have an older finish. [Overall height 44 inches; height of seat 16 inches] The other (with crewel upholstery) has one back leg spliced, two front legs have visible seam at arm support, possibly cut and reattached or replaced. [Overall height 42 3/4 inches; height of seat 16 inches]
