Lined - glue. Frame rubbing. Scattered craquelure, heavier in the sky, resulting in scattered paint flakes. Area of inpainting in the upper left corner. Scattered spots of inpainting in the sky where the paint has flakes. Appears to be scattered inpainting along the frame rubbing. edges are taped. Difficult to detect further restoration under UV light through the varnish.
