Comprising a shouldered lozenge-shaped vase mounted with animal head handles, overall blossoming prunus flowers on a 'cracked ice' ground, base with apocryphal Chenghua mark; and a ewer painted with stylized cartouches amid lappets at the shoulder and foot and foliate bands on the neck, base with apocryphal Yongzheng mark. Height of ewer 13 1/2 inches.
