Appears to be laid to panel. Dulling varnish. Edges are taped. Difficult to detect restoation under UV light through the varnish. Scattered surface scratches. Appears to have been cleaned at some point: a little thin the center, in the pipe. Crackle and small losses throughout. Frame rubbing.
