Three Japanese Tsuba
19th/20 Century
One bronze, of circular form, shakudo, ji-migaki, inlaid with enamel broken wheels partially appearing from incised waves; one brass circular form, pierced with a flowering prunus design; and one iron, of shaped oval form, cast and pierced with blossoming Imperial sixteen petal chrysanthemum on leafy stems with gold details. Diameter of largest 3 1/2 inches.
