Two Japanese Kozuka
19th Century
One sentoku and ji-migaki, with two carp in a stream worked in taka-bori of shibuichi, shakudo and kata-kiri, signed Masa Toshi; the other bronze ji-migaki, with rats dressed as samurai in a wedding procession carrying a paper lantern and a cloth covered halberd, taka-bori of silver, shakudo and gold, the reverse continues the procession, engraved. Lengths 3 3/4 inches.
