19th Century
One of shibuichi and ji-magaki, both pieces depicting Mikawa-Manzi, new year's dancers, worked in togi-dashi of silver, gold, shakudo and copper, signed Kawano Toyohisa, with kakihan of Otsu Toyofuku Cho; the other in shibuichi and ji-magaki, both pieces decorated with horses below the branches of a willow tree, worked in kata-kiri, signed Hideharu. Lengths 1 1/2 inches.
