Panel is split across the center (the two sections are taped on the reverse). Frame rubbing, with particular wear along the right edge. Few scattered losses at the upper right corner, including a 1/4'' area of flaking.
Numbered on the upper right reverse of the panel, 19-1-44, appears to be some sort of inventory number.
