The rectangular top above a roll top writing lid opening to reveal a fitted interior with three small drawers, over a central frieze drawer flanked by two panel doors enclosing three short drawers, raised on straight tapering legs. Height 44 1/2 inches (1.13 m), width 50 inches (1.27 m), depth 23 inches (58 cm).
