The rectangular fretwork top with overhanging cornice enclosing a brass dial and gilt-metal backplate, above a conforming body on a molded plinth, the whole decorated with chinoiserie scenes. Height 8 feet 11 1/2 inches, width 18 inches, depth 13 1/4 inches.
