Frame rubbing. Minor wear along the edges, particularly the bottom edge. Scattered craquelure, most pronounced in the upper 1/3 of the work, just to the left of the girl's face. Glue lined. Very dirty, yellowed varnish. 4 inch pronounced line of craquelure at center left, with inpainting. Difficult the detect inpainting under UV light through the varnish. However, there is an area of several inches at the upper left center, as well as in the upper right center, where the lines of craquelure have been retouched.
