Frame rubbing. Relined. Cracquelure throughout, heaviest in Washington's face and neck. Strengthening visible in areas of his face, outline of his hair and a few spots in his shirt. There are roughly 3 areas, each 1/2'' that appear to be repaired tears in his forehead with corresponding inpainting. Varnish layer inhibits detection of further restoration under UV light.
