the bottom rim edge on the base of one of the candlesticks is ever so slightly pushed in, otherwise, both candlesticks appear to be in good condition; each has a maker's or retailer's mark, which appears to be: W.C.B. & S.; the marks also include a symbol of an eagle with outspread wings and the numeral "13"
the two bobeches or socket inserts are matched and appear to be original, i.e., the design on the sockets is closely related to a similar design on the candlesticks, however, they are rather loose fitting and are easily removable
