Pair of Louis XVI Style Gilt-Metal Mounted Faux Marquetry Inlaid Mahogany Commodes
Each rectangular mottled brown and gray marble top with canted corners, above a conforming case enclosing three full drawers, with a trellis design centering stylized flowerheads and a guilloche band, raised on tapering square legs ending in leaf decorated sabots. Height 34 1/4 inches, width 48 inches, depth 21 inches.
