Appears to be heavily restored, particularly around the base. There are areas of infilling and overpainting. The top of the yellow rim edge also appears to have some infilling, overpainting, and other restoration. There is a large vertical hairline crack extending approximately two-thirds the length of the height of the vessel. There is a hole at the center of the base, as made. There is a small area of glaze loss to one of the serpents.
