Not relined. Two parallel lines of inpainting on the forehead, also touches on the cheeks, nose and chin. Scattered spots of inpainting in the background, one close to the upper right edge measures approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Two inches below the elbow leaning on the sitter's lap is a 15 inch long broken line of inpainting running parallel to the lower margin of the painting. Also an area of inpainting measuring 1 x 1/2 inch to the left of the foot that rests on the ground.
