Left edge of paper serated from spiral binding. 1 x 3/4'' notch cut in top and bottom left of composition. 2 x 1 1/2'' notch cut at top and bottom of right half as well. Two stains on verso, one 2 3/4 x 2'', the second 3/4 x 1/4''. The smaller bleeds through to recto. paper is slightly toned along edges. Paper is buckling along the left half where stains occur. Paper is coated with a clear lacquer. 1 1/2'' diagonal crease at left center.
