Frame rubbing. Could use a light cleaning. Scattered light craquelure. Repair to a 1 1/4 inch tear at upper right corner area, with inpainting. 4 x 3 inch l-shaped tear and corresponding area of inpainting at left center. Some scattered inpainting along the edges. May be some inpainting in the water - difficult to detect under UV light through the varnish.
