Frame rubbing. Some deep scratches along the edges from nails, with some losses (upper right edges; lower left; upper left.) Glue lined. Dirty varnish. Surface flattened a bit from the lining. Some older areas of restoration visible at the upper left quadrant as well as at the upper right. Tiny spots of inpainting in the figures and horses - difficult to determine the extent through the varnish under UV light. Small area of craquelure in the horse at center.
