Surface of steel is brushed throughout unevenly, so scratches are hard to determine. Top element is dented at top and bottom of widest end with counterweight. The metal of top element is bent at top and bottom just beyond the hanging apparatus. Top kinetic form has slight bend at 2'''' past pivot point.
