Late 19th century
Of cup form, the body inlaid with silver and gold with a bird upon a prunus branch and blossoming peony, surmounted by a lid with dragon-form finial, on three tall legs, base signed Mitsuzo Saku, Kyoto, Kuroda Tsukuru. Height 7 1/4 inches.
