Of shaped oval form, in colorless glass, the bowl supported by four winged griffin monopode legs ending in a stepped shaped rectangular base. Height 9 1/4 inches, width 19 3/4 inches.

some minute flaking and shallow chip losses to the upper rim edges of the bowl, the bowl is not affixed to the base but sits snugly in place (apparently as designed); some wear to gilding, particularly the toupie shaped post finials, which may be later replacements, minor nicks to marble base top rim edges; otherwise appears to be in good condition
