Original pictorial wrappers, which are original lithographs by Matisse, in publisher's chemise and slipcase. 12 1/2 inches (31 cm). 152 pp., colophon. With lithographic frontispiece by Matisse (and the ninety-nine plates printed after Matisse's drawings). A fresh copy, the fragile paper cover unblemished; Together with TZARA, TRISTAN. Le Signe de Vie. Paris: Bordas, 1946. One of 500 copies (this copy 370). 62 pp., with six original Matisse lithographs. Spine slightly chipped at head and tail, overall sound.
The first work is listed as Rauch 340; Duthuit 670, etc.
