. New York: Harcourt, Brace, (1960). The American edition of this double issue of Verve, 33/34, with a text by Gaston Bachelard. Publisher's lithographic boards with matching dust jacket. 14 inches (35.5 cm); complete with twenty-four original color lithographs by Chagall printed by Mourlot, plus boards and dust jacket. Book in good condition, a portion at the foot of the spine loose but holding, internally fresh (residue of dust jacket present).
