RINEHART, FRANK A. (1861-1928) Group of seven vintage toned platinum prints.
. Approximately 9 1/8 x 7 1/8 inches (234 x 183 mm), signed F.A. Rinehart in the image, all dated and copyright 1898. The group contains Pete Mitchell (Dustmaker)-Ponca (823); Sleeping Bear-Sioux (876); Chief Mountain-Blackfeet (793); Blackezel-Blackfoot (1127); Turning Eagle-Sioux (765); Nasuteas-Wichita; and High Bear-Sioux. The first five images are in very good condition. There is a small corner chip to Nasuteas just affecting the image (chip present), and a significant loss to one corner of High Bear.
