The oval openwork buckle applied with a slender line of blue enamel, centering a blue and green enamel stylized crown, quartered by a green enamel stylized scroll motif, embellished by one oval sapphire, signed Tiffany & Co., partially obscured by repair, circa 1900, enamel loss, approximately 6.6 dwt.
