Glue relined. Surface dirt and smoke residue. The dense varnish layer shows little under UV light. Only visible retouches are to the foliage atop the cornice at upper right and along the 4th column from the right in the temple portico at right. In addition there appears to be some inpainting in the sky along the upper margin.
