1 1/4-inch tear extending from the upper left edge. 1-inch tear extending from the lower left edge. 1/4 x 1/4-inch loss at lower left beneath the mat with two 1/4 inch tears. Approximately 1-inch tear across corner at upper right. Slight undulation/buckling in the paper, most notable at the top edge. Affixed to the mat with archival tape at the top edge.
