Topped by a circle centering a flower, flanked by a garland of florets and leaves, centering a bow, joined by an oval link supporting an oval garland of florets, leaves and ribbons, centering a flexibly-set old European-cut diamond within a drop-shaped outline of collet-set diamonds, suspending a collet-set diamond, set throughout with numerous small old European-cut diamonds, signed Cartier, circa 1905. With signed box.
