1 inch tear at upper right center edge. Three tiny holes above the signature in the lower right-hand corner. Repaired loss to lower left corner. Toned. Paper buckling. Wear along edges. Few scattered scratches along the bottom and a few other scratches at the top. Some surface dirt. Tape and glue residue along the verso edges.
