Outstanding selection of approximately two hundred forty mint and used stamps covering the period 1890 to 1898. The ABNC issues, Scott No. 219-229, are well represented and include plate number and imprint strips of five for the 1c., 4c., 6c. and 8c. values. Plate numbers and imprint strips of three are included for several values of the first unwatermarked Bureau issues, Scott No. 246-263. The second Bureau issue stamps, Scott No. 264-278, include plate number and imprint strips of many values including the Type I $1 and the $2 issue. Third Bureau issues, Scott No. 279-284, also include plate number and imprint strips of three. There are many very nice stamps in this offering including NH strips but condition with any lot this size will naturally be quite mixed and careful examination is recommended.
