Fascinating group of more than one hundred seventy items commencing with 1847 5c. Dark Brown tied by m/s cancel on pretty ladies cover; nice selection of No. 11s and perhaps #10s several on advertising covers, some with fancy cancels; few 10c. 1861; U.S. Express Mail cancel tieing No. 17a to cover front; useful bank note issues including Grills and some 3c. 1869; Postal stationary mint and used including several mint Columbian pieces. Condition varies from Poor to Very Fine with a strong portion being in the upper tier.
