Additional Notes & Condition Report
Appears to be in generally good condition; there is a small dent to the body located in the sky area; few light scratches elsewhere on the body; it appears the tankard originally was entirely gilt there are remnants on the exterior side in the recessed and hard to reach areas, the interior is fully gilt ; finial visually has the appearance of leaning, however, it appears to be designed this way; hallmarks are found on the underside, footrims, body, interior lip of corner, rim edge of cover and also on the thumbpiece and handle area.
