Registered cover from Jerusalem to U.S.A. bearing a Tab pair and a top right corner Plate block of the scarce perforated 10x11 20 mill, in combination with Tab pair of 10 m, perf. 11x11 and a single Tab of the 5 m perf 11x11, addressed to Graduate School of Jerusalem, Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York, there is a slight tear at top which just enters the right stamp of 20 m pair and the cover is without the reverse flap, still a fantastic rarity of the country.
