Complete set of this ever popular series, Choice Mint Never Hinged to Fine Appearing Re-gummed, the 1c, 2c, 4c, 5c and 10c are Never Hinged, 3c, 6c and 8c are Lightly Hinged, 15c through $5 show evidence of possible re-gumming over minor faults. The $4 and $5 are accompanied by W.R. Weiss JR Certificates which mention the problems. Overall this is a handsome set with good colors, fresh and Fine to Very Fine/Very Fine Appearance. A wonderful chance to obtain a strong and attractive basic set even with the caveats.
