Jose Ramon Loayza Pacheco (La Paz , July 26, 1751-November 8, 1839) was one of the wealthiest men in Bolivia, and was very briefly the interim President of the country at the end of 1828. This volume is a collection of deeds, some sixteenth, most seventeenth century (datable by their revenue stamps), with a very small number of later date.
