One volume Scott Specialty album with Cuba from 1855 to 1950 including Spanish Dominion with Newspaper issues almost completed Used, American issues Mint and Used with E 1 Used; Dominican Republic from 1879 to 1949 somewhat scattered but includes 310-22 Used, 326-28 o.g. and useful B.O.B.; Haiti 1881 to 1950 with several complete sets and Hand Stamped issues, plus 340-48, B1; Mexico 1856 to 1950 rather sparse through to Civil War issues, then some of the commemorative sets such as 740-45, 754-58, 764-66, all without Air Post, overall Clean and useful with pleasing material, Fine to Very Fine.
