Topped by an openwork rounded rectangular panel centering one old European-cut diamond approximately 5.21 cts., pave-set with 64 round and single-cut diamonds, surmounted by a hinged bombe panel centering a line of 9 baguette diamonds, altogether approximately 2.80 cts., edged by black enamel, suspending a five strand fringe of 35 pearls approximately 10.4 to 7.2 mm., signed Webb, one hinged panel missing, the necklace composed of 54 pearls approximately 9.6 to 9.4 mm., broken, not illustrated.

Center diamond: O-P-VS, faces up slightly whiter, small chip on pavilion & edge, not visible to eye, large open culet, very lively. The diamond has been weighed. It is 5.21 cts., not 5.35 cts. as stated in the catalogue.

Round diamonds: J-K-mostly VS, several SI.
Baguette diamonds: H-I-VS.

Pearls: creamy, several with rose hue, cleanish, minor blemishes, one pearl with faint peeling, medium luster.

Black enamel loss on left side. Hinged panel on right side missing.
