The smallest 8 x 4 3/4 inches (20 x 13 cm); [33]-159, [1] pp.; 119, [1] pp.; 94, [2] pp.; 106, [2], 19, [1] pp.; v, [1], 56, ix, [3], 6, [2] pp.; v, [1], 57-92, ix, [9] pp.; vii, 93-170, xx, [6], 9-11, [1] pp; vii, [1], 171-252, xxiii, [1], [6], 13-16, [1] pp.; [iii]-viii [lacking initial blank?], 253-288, xii, [6, last page numbered 18] pp. The pagination of the first volume begins on p. 33 and is often found bound with Provisional And Permanent Constitutions Of The Confederate States but is a separate work. Bar Association stampings etc., some toning and foxing, several copies with early annotations. Generally the group is in very good condition, but sold as is, not subject to return.
A good run of Confederate session laws, all quite scarce.
