Contemporary leather backed marbled boards with red morocco spine label. 8 1/8 x 4 7/8 inches (21 x 13 cm); 144, iii pp. Upper cover detached, first blank with portion excised, second blank with ink signature, loss to lower right portion of first text leaf resulting in loss of text, some foxing and small stains, the cover detached and with losses to spine.
These acts during Washington's presidency include those establishing the U.S. Mint and Post Office. Evans 27827.
