Original boards, neatly respined retaining the original label. 11 3/4 x 9 3/8 inches (29 x 23.5 cm), viii (including half-title and title), 32 pp., 41 plates including 31 hand-colored aquatints, 16 pp. of publisher's ads bound at the rear. As noted, spine replaced retaining original boards and label, recased with new endpapers, a few spots of foxing to the text else internally a very fresh copy, the plates exceptionally beautiful in coloring.
A scarce model book, produced by a Bath architect, with some graceful rural retreats, villas etc. Abbey Life 76.
