Contemporary gilt lettered leather backed boards, housed in folding case. 9 5 1/2 inches (23.5 x 14.5 cm); 976 pp., 7 lithographed maps (6 folding). The covers, prelims and final leaves detached, stamps and foxing, portions of endpapers torn away, maps with tears at stubs and a few becoming detached.
