Strong collection which is virtually complete Never Hinged from 1929 to 2004, including regular issues, Semi-Postals, Air Post, Dues, Express, Souvenir Sheets and booklets of later issues, we note Scott 13 has small Gum disturbance, Scott 155 has some minimal Gum toning as do a few other odd values, overall an exception collection, Fine to Very Fine.
