Exciting group with a mixture of early postage stamps, mostly defective, a Fine Never Hinged Scott 517, some departmental Officials, some stuck together, early Hotel receipts, series of four letters to Mrs. Hutter from Attorney General Benjamin H. Brewster along with four envelopes with 1863 issues and two Stampless mailing and one 1893 2 Cent usage; in addition there is a selection of Mint issues from Cuba, Philippines and Puerto Rico of the 1880 periods, a very eclectic group with some intriguing items, Good to Fine.
