1/4 x 1/4 inch hole at center with corresponding inpaint and with 1/2 x 1/2 patch on reverse; a 1/4 x 1/4 inch area of inpaint in proximity, light inpaint into craquelure along right edge near center. Few scattered light touches of inpaint. Old varnish left intact over signature.
